"Easy win for little kids"
I assumed Dr. Panda would be just another cute game my kid would mess with for five minutes, but he actually really enjoys it. The games are simple enough that he can mostly play on his own, but they still sneak in things like problem solving, pretend play, and following directions. It doesn’t feel overwhelming or too busy, which I appreciate. Overall, I’d say it’s a nice mix of fun and learning.

"Had to Escalate Just to Get a Real Response"
The app itself works fine, but the support experience was really frustrating. I reached out about a billing issue and waited several days, only to get a generic reply that didn’t actually solve anything. Then I had to explain the exact same problem all over again. At that point, I felt like I had no choice but to push harder and escalate it because nothing was moving. Definitely not the kind of support I expected.

"Not much useful info"
I was expecting a bit more from the site, but the content felt thin. Some pages were okay, but a lot of it was really basic and didn’t seem like it’d been updated much. It didn’t really help me make a decision.

"Keeps my kid coming back"
My kid has played this a bunch and still seems to find something new each time, which is great. It’s not perfect, but the replay value has been better than I expected.

"Finally, no annoying ads to worry about"
My kids can play without constant ads popping up, which is such a relief. I don’t have to worry about them accidentally tapping on something or losing their place in the game because of some random ad. It makes the whole experience feel much safer and less frustrating

I paid less than I thought I would, and my kid has been using it nonstop like it’s the greatest thing ever. For the price, it’s definitely been worth it.

"Cute, but definitely better for younger kids"
My younger kid really enjoys it, but my 8-year-old got bored with it quickly lol. It seems more geared toward little kids. Nothing wrong with it overall, I just wish the age range had been a bit clearer.

"Runs really well on my tablet"
I’ve been using the app on my tablet and it’s been super smooth so far. It loads quickly, hasn’t crashed on me once, and everything feels easy to use. i wasn’t expecting much—but wow, it actually works great.
